Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a WetzelWisdom practice test isn't what you expected, we offer a full refund within the window and conditions described below.
1. Refund Window
You may request a full refund for a practice test purchase within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase date, provided the eligibility conditions in Section 2 are met.
2. Eligibility
To keep refunds fair to both sides (since purchased tests include the full answer key and explanations), a purchase is eligible for refund only if you have not extensively used the test. Specifically, a refund will be granted if, at the time of your request:
- The purchase was made within the last 7 days;
- You have either not started the test, or have started no more than one scored attempt;
- You have not reviewed the answer key or the majority of the explanations;
- The purchase was made in good faith and not as part of repeated refund activity on the same or related accounts.
If you purchased the three-test bundle, the same conditions apply at the bundle level: if you have taken more than one scored attempt across the bundle, the bundle is no longer refundable. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund for the unused portion.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@wetzelwisdom.com from the email address associated with your account and include:
- The email address on your WetzelWisdom account;
- The name of the test(s) you wish to refund;
- The approximate date of purchase;
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).
4. Processing
Once we confirm your request meets the conditions above, we will issue the refund to your original payment method through Stripe. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
When a refund is issued, access to the corresponding test on your account dashboard will be revoked.
5. Exceptions and Abuse
Refunds are intended to protect buyers against genuinely unsatisfactory purchases. We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we reasonably believe it is being used to obtain paid content for free, including (but not limited to) requests made after the full test has been completed and the answer key reviewed, or patterns of repeat refund activity tied to the same account, email, or payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern with a purchase, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before reaching out delays resolution and incurs costs we'd rather not pass on to other customers. Accounts associated with a chargeback issued without prior contact may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Purchases are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
