Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and WetzelWisdom ("WetzelWisdom," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at www.wetzelwisdom.com and the practice test products offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a practice test, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to form a legally binding contract.
2. Accounts
To purchase or take a practice test you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for (a) providing accurate information, (b) keeping your password confidential, and (c) all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
One account per person. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account credentials.
3. Description of the Service
The Service provides practice questions, explanations, and scored mock exams intended to help learners prepare for the Microsoft AZ-104: Azure Administrator certification exam. The Service is an independent study aid. WetzelWisdom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation. "Azure," "AZ-104," and related marks are the property of Microsoft Corporation.
The Service is provided for personal educational use only. Completing practice tests through the Service does not guarantee that you will pass the real exam. Real exam content is owned and controlled by Microsoft and may differ from the practice material offered here.
4. Purchases and Payment
Practice tests are sold on a one-time-payment basis. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. When you complete a purchase, you receive access to the purchased test (including its questions, answers, and explanations) on your account dashboard.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, access to purchased content is granted for personal use and remains available on your account for as long as the Service continues to operate. We may discontinue individual products or the Service as a whole; see Section 12 for how discontinuation is handled.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your purchase where applicable.
5. Refunds
Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
6. License and Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Service, including practice questions, answer options, explanations, text, graphics, layouts, and software, is owned by WetzelWisdom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and view purchased content solely for your own study.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, or sell any content from the Service;
- Post, share, or upload practice questions, answers, or explanations to any website, forum, social media platform, cloud drive, course, or other public or semi-public location;
- Use the content to create a competing product or service;
- Scrape, spider, or use automated means to extract content from the Service;
- Share your account credentials or allow any other person to access your purchased content;
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary markings.
The WetzelWisdom name and logo are trademarks of WetzelWisdom and may not be used without our prior written consent.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) attempt to breach or circumvent security measures of the Service; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks it uses; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WETZELWISDOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
We do not warrant that practice questions exactly match real exam content, that scores on practice tests will correlate with real exam scores, or that you will pass the AZ-104 exam. You remain solely responsible for your exam preparation and results.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WETZELWISDOM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WetzelWisdom and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or the rights of another user, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination for cause, you forfeit access to any purchased content and are not entitled to a refund.

12. Modifications to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time. If we permanently discontinue the Service while you still have unused access to purchased content, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a prorated refund or other remedy at our discretion.
13. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and WetzelWisdom agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the email below. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days.
16. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WetzelWisdom regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them without restriction.
